Your equipment market
doesn't stop at the border.
We use the Global RDS Database to put equipment offers in front of qualified international buyers outside the home market. We define the regions, build the campaign, deploy the send, and report the response by market.

The home market isn't always the best.
The home market isn’t always the deepest market for what you’re selling. Certain equipment categories — particularly specialty manufacturing lines, decommissioned industrial plant equipment, and research-grade lab instruments — draw stronger demand from international buyers. Emerging markets are actively importing industrial capacity. Academic institutions abroad source equipment that’s surplus in the US.
If you’ve run domestic campaigns and still have inventory, or if you know your category has stronger overseas interest, international targeting isn’t a fallback — it’s often the better first move. This is not an optimistic claim; it’s a practical response to where real buyers are active and buying right now.
We set campaigns based on regional demand signals, category fit, and buyer authority, and we return market-by-market response data so you can act on what works instead of guessing where interest exists.
The issue is not international reach.
It's choosing the right markets.
Industrial equipment does not move evenly across borders. Demand is uneven, category-specific, and often stronger outside the home market. A surplus production line that gets little traction domestically may draw serious attention in Latin America, Southeast Asia, or Eastern Europe. A research-grade instrument that feels overexposed in the US may still be in active demand abroad. If the market definition is wrong, wider reach just spreads the mistake.
That is why we do not treat international email as a global send. We look at the equipment category, the likely buyer type, the regions where that equipment is still being imported, and whether buyers in that market have authority to act. When the campaign goes out, it is aimed at markets with a practical reason to respond, not every country that happens to sit inside the Global RDS Database.
Domestic-Only Push
Familiar market, limited coverage. Misses the regions where buyer depth may actually be stronger.
Global Blast
Every region included. Market fit untested. Broad reach, weak signal, and a lot of wasted send volume.
RDS International Targeting
Regions selected by category fit, import demand, and buyer authority. Response reported market by market.
- Why it Works
Better response. Better conversations. Better results.
A targeted buyer database improves the result in four practical ways.
More relevant response
The campaign reaches buyers who are already closer to the equipment category, so the replies coming back are more useful.
More buyer conversations
Better targeting creates more useful replies, calls, and follow-up conversations than broad industrial exposure..
More serious interest
We help put the offer in front of buyers who are more likely to have a real reason to review, ask, and respond.
More value from each send
The campaign gives you a clearer market signal because the audience is narrower, cleaner, and more relevant to the equipment.

At 8% CTR, you’re fielding calls from people who wanted to see what you’re selling — not tire kickers who found a listing by accident.
How it works
- Database Standards
Same standards as domestic. Different geography.
Our international contacts were built on the same foundation as the Global RDS Database — self-reported opt-ins from product and service registration surveys. The 99.9% accuracy standard applies. The segmentation by equipment category, industry, and purchasing authority applies.
We don’t use third-party international list brokers. We don’t rent contacts from overseas data aggregators. We built what we have over 20 years, and we run campaigns on your behalf — which means international buyer data never passes through a third party.

Foundation
The international database is built on the same standards as the Global RDS Database. Same survey origin. Same equipment-category structure. Same emphasis on buyer role and market relevance.
Control
International buyer data stays inside one managed system. We do not broker the audience out to outside vendors. We build the campaign, run the send, and keep the data chain controlled from start to finish.
Where the demand
actually is.
Southeast Asia & Pacific Rim
Manufacturing build-out is ongoing. CNC, fabrication, plastics, and packaging equipment are in active demand from factories expanding production capacity.
Latin America
Food processing, packaging, and agricultural equipment buyers are well-represented. Import activity for industrial lines is consistent and established.
Europe & Eastern Europe
Metalworking, printing, and specialty manufacturing buyers. Strong market for late-model precision equipment and decommissioned plant lines.
Middle East & Academic Global
Infrastructure investment and university procurement, sourcing US surplus. Lab and medical equipment draws consistent interest from international academic buyers.
